二、操作前應(yīng)將噴漆房和表干房清洗干凈，操作者須穿戴好勞動保護用品并衣著整潔才能進入工作區(qū)域。

2、 Before operation, the spray painting room and surface drying room should be cleaned thoroughly. Operators must wear labor protection equipment and dress neatly before entering the work area.

三、要根據(jù)季節(jié)的變化做好移動伸縮房的清潔，如夏天蚊蟲較多，所以，必要時用殺蟲劑進行清除。

3、 It is necessary to clean the mobile telescopic room according to seasonal changes, such as in summer when there are many mosquitoes and insects, so insecticides should be used to remove them if necessary.

四、開機時應(yīng)檢查風(fēng)機是否能夠正常工作，檢查壓力和風(fēng)機的聲音是否正常，如果有異常聲響需立即關(guān)機檢查，噴漆時要將表干房的大門關(guān)好。

4、 When starting up, check whether the fan can work normally, check whether the pressure and the sound of the fan are normal, if there is any abnormal sound, shut down the machine immediately for inspection, and close the door of the surface drying room when painting.

五、噴漆時要準確控制噴槍噴漆的方向，比較好的位置應(yīng)在柵格欄上正對風(fēng)口的位置，一定不要朝著表干房的方向噴漆。

5、 When spraying paint, it is necessary to accurately control the direction of the spray gun spraying. A good position should be on the grid bar facing the air vent, and it is not necessary to spray paint in the direction of the surface drying room.

六、非工作人員不能開關(guān)門，尤其是表干房的門。

6、 Non staff members are not allowed to open or close doors, especially those in the watch room.

七、移動伸縮房的主機外圍風(fēng)口過濾棉要定期清洗，一般是一周一次，如果是精過濾棉清理時間可盡量延長，一般是每月一次，清理方式為風(fēng)吹清理，嚴禁水洗。如果長時間疏于清理，則會造成過濾棉污染，無法正常送風(fēng)，造成噴漆房內(nèi)壓力下降，噴漆效果下降。

7、 The filter cotton on the peripheral air outlet of the mobile telescopic room should be cleaned regularly, usually once a week. If it is a fine filter cotton, the cleaning time can be extended as much as possible, usually once a month. The cleaning method is air blowing cleaning, and water washing is strictly prohibited. If left uncleaned for a long time, it can cause contamination of the filter cotton, prevent normal air supply, and cause a decrease in pressure in the spray booth, resulting in a decrease in spray effectiveness.

八、移動伸縮房的柵格欄一般不少于兩個月清理一次，嚴禁柵格欄堵塞，排風(fēng)管道每三個月清理一次。

8、 The grid bars of mobile expansion houses are generally cleaned at least once every two months, and blocking of the grid bars is strictly prohibited. The exhaust ducts are cleaned every three months.

九、噴漆房水池內(nèi)水深正常，一般為10—15cm，不能超過20cm。

十、移動伸縮房進風(fēng)口過濾棉與精細過濾棉如果污染很嚴重，就無需清理了，立即更換即可。

10、 If the air inlet filter cotton and fine filter cotton of the mobile telescopic room are severely polluted, there is no need to clean them, and they can be replaced immediately.

十一、噴漆房的過濾棉不是可以無限清洗的，進風(fēng)口的過濾棉一般一月更換一次，精細過濾棉一般三個月更換一次。

11、 The filter cotton in the spray booth cannot be cleaned indefinitely. The filter cotton in the air inlet is usually replaced once a month, and the fine filter cotton is usually replaced once every three months.

十二、水簾給水管每10天清理一次，嚴禁堵塞。

12、 Clean the water curtain water supply pipe every 10 days and strictly prohibit blockage.

十三、移動伸縮房要做好防火工作，首先，噴漆房操作者需要熟悉各類消防用品的使用方法，尤其是二氧化碳滅火器的使用，其次，工作區(qū)域嚴禁吸煙，嚴禁攜帶打火機、火柴等火災(zāi)隱患物品，再次，移動伸縮房外圍5米內(nèi)嚴禁明火作業(yè)。

13、 To do a good job in fire prevention in a mobile telescopic room, first of all, the operator of the paint spraying room needs to be familiar with the use of various fire-fighting equipment, especially carbon dioxide fire extinguishers. Secondly, smoking is strictly prohibited in the work area, and it is strictly prohibited to carry fire hazards such as lighters and matches. Thirdly, open flame operations are strictly prohibited within 5 meters of the periphery of the mobile telescopic room.
