含塵氣體由位于除塵器上部的進風口進入除塵器箱體,由上下行,由于重力與下行氣流的作用首先把塵粒直接降至灰斗,細粉塵被濾筒捕集在外表面,潔凈氣體經(jīng)濾筒過濾凈化后,由濾筒中心進入清潔室,再經(jīng)下出風口排出。隨著過濾工況持續(xù),聚集在濾筒表面的粉塵增多,此時脈沖控制儀按設定的脈沖周期和脈沖間隔控制電磁閥開啟,噴出高壓氣體,吹入濾筒內腔,抖落外表積塵,落入灰斗,經(jīng)卸灰口排出。

焊煙集中收集濾筒除塵器濾材的清潔通過由壓差傳感器控制的脈沖噴吹機構實現(xiàn):當凈化器運行一段時間以后,細微的煙塵吸附在濾材表面,使得濾材的透氣性降低。壓差傳感器的兩個探測頭一個安裝在原氣側、一個安裝在凈氣側。當壓差傳感器檢測到的壓差超過某一設定值時輸出壓差信號,脈沖發(fā)生器接收信號后順序啟動脈沖噴吹閥,潔凈的壓縮空氣由閥口噴出,引射氣流對濾筒進行吹掃直到壓差低于另一設定值時才停止;濾材表面吸附的微塵在氣流作用下被清除,落在室體下部的集塵斗中。脈沖噴吹需0.5~0.6MPa的潔凈壓縮空氣,且運行中須保持連續(xù)且恒定不變的供氣量。濾筒式過濾器與傳統(tǒng)靜電式過濾器、機械式過濾器相比有如下優(yōu)點:排放濃度低,達5mg/m3,一般其他過濾器只能過濾0.5um以上粒徑;而我司產(chǎn)品能過濾0.3um以上的粉塵。透氣性好,氣阻比一般過濾器低;清灰方便,全自動清灰,保證生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)性和高效性。粉塵收集,容器裝卸便捷,與過濾漏斗的連接是密封的,不漏灰塵。
